If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your device and you are within our return and exchange policy, we will honor that for our customers 100%.
3 Steps to ensure we expedite your RMA request:
- Visit: http://rma.smartboxdirect.com
- Fill out the required information to submit your RMA request to us. Invoice # and tracking # are required as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
- Once submitted please contact us or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us you have shipped the device and filled out the form
Once these 3 steps are completed we will anticipate the arrival of your device and track it as it comes. Once we inspect, test and make sure everything is included we will either refund your total amount for the order (minus the shipping) the same way you paid or exchange it for a new item if it's damage or defective.
Please make sure you read our return and exchange policy before you request an RMA from us. We will require you to submit your Invoice # for proof of purchase.
