Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days

  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. Only exchange if accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us, sales@smartboxdirect.com.
  • if you wish to exchange for another item, you will be required to pay the difference.


  • To return your product, you need to email us at: sales@smartboxdirect.com and all the necessary information for returns/exchange/shipping will be provided to you through email.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange/returning your item to us.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Our main shipping location is Toronto, Canada However we do ship some products from California, USA (All Canadian Orders are shipped within Canada). We ship all orders everyday Monday to Friday.
  • Other Express shipping options are also available. Please E-mail (sales@smartboxdirect.com) or call us at 647-693-8428 for pricing on upgraded shipping options.
  • All orders are shipped same day if order is paid for before 12:00 PM EST.
  • Tracking numbers are always provided & will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your order.

    • We ship using Canada post & DHL. All packages come with Insurance, Signature Required and Tracking Number/Confirmation Number.

    ETA (Estimated time arrival):

    • Processing orders takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping through Canada & DHL we find pretty quick. Usually after order is placed customer will receive item 1-3 days later.

    * Puerto Rico takes up to 21 business days via standard service.
    * Rural area's in Canada or USA can take longer than 10 days via Ground Service.
    * Holiday's can result in shipping delays.

    • Any damages caused by the courier must be reported to the courier within 48 hours. After contacting the courier please contact us.


    • Once your order is processed, automatically the site will notify you by email through our website. When a tracking number is available the site & courier automatically email you. If you do not receive any tracking numbers after 3 business days you can contact us. please note if you don't receive emails check your spam or junk folder. After receiving your tracking number allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan into their system.


    • In case of wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to get this situation resolved. A simple email or call may resolve it as soon as your orders been placed.
    • If you are order has already been shipped out, unfortunately we cannot change/update the shipping address. It is your responsibility to call Canada Post or DHL and have them update the shipping address during transit. You must provide them your tracking number that was emailed to you.
